We have long believed that cooking sauces could be so much better than what has traditionally been available and that's why we develop ours with such a strong commitment to quality and authenticity. Our sauces are for a new generation of consumers that know what good food tastes like and want genuinely authentic experiences. We also know that this new generation of consumers has less time to cook their evening meal than ever, which is why we make our products as quick and easy to use as possible.
All Passage Foods products are gluten free, GMO free, suitable for vegetarians and are made using all natural ingredients.

Passage to India was created by Indian chef and company founder, Chris Doutre, to bring all the classic dishes you enjoy at quality restaurants to your home.

Products include the following:
1) Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce: A rich, creamy blend of aromatic mild spices in a fusion of tomato, cream, yoghurt and honey. Mild in flavour, which makes this a great choice for all the family – even the kids!
2) Korma Simmer Sauce: Korma is a popular choice of the ‘khansamas’ (cooks) of India. The sauce is mild in flavour, featuring piquant spices and thickened with cashew, almonds, coconut and yoghurt.
3) Mango Chicken Simmer Sauce: A blend of delicate mango with the richness of coconut gives this curry its distinctively vibrant flavour. This slightly sweet and savoury modern Indian dish is a delightful dinner option for the whole family.
4) Sri Lankan Coconut & Cashew Chicken Simmer Sauce: A sumptuous and mild Sri Lankan dish enhanced by the flavours of coconut, cashew and traditional spices. This is the perfect meal to share with the whole family at any time.
5)Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce: A classic creation from the northwest frontier of India. This curry sauce has a rich blend of tomato, onion, and yoghurt. The combination of exotic spices gives this curry a mild to medium flavour.
